She was a homemaker. Survivors include two sons, Mike and Mark, both of Redmond; a daughter, Susan Byrne of Bend; a brother, Edward Haag of Eugene; a sister, Delores Foulks of Eugene; two grandchildren and one great-grandchild. He was born April 12, 1935, in Castle Rock, Wash., to Lawrance and Edna Oswald Jaques. Jaques had served in the Navy. He worked as a timber worker and logger for many years. Kathryn Martin SPRINGFIELD - Kathryn A. "Kathy" Martin of Springfield died March 18 of cancer at age 62. No service is planned. She was born Feb. 9, 1945, in Berwyn, Ill., to Robert and Suzanne Green Martin. Martin was a touring golf professional with the Ladies Professional Golf Association in the 1970s and 1980s. She was a golf teaching professional for 15 years in Oregon.
