The group was based near Ballona Creek, in Culver City, California, USA, on the Pacific Coast. Hughes Aircraft was acquired by General Motors in 1985. . Survivors include his wife; two sons, Donny and Craig, both of California; two daughters, Deanne and Liz, both of California; a brother, Jerry of Eugene; and three grand- children. Ambrozaitis of Eugene, who died July 12 of age-related causes. He was 76. He was born Oct. 25, 1929, in Scotland to John and Mary Smith. He married Doris Flegel on Oct. 3, 1953, in Michigan. She died July 9, 1999. He had worked as a minister for the Church of God of Anderson, Ind., as a substitute teacher and as a computer programmer. Survivors include his son, John of Eugene; two brothers, Edward Smith of Scotland and Joe Ambrose of Florida; three sisters, Anne Coyle, Mary Larkin and Madge Finnigan, all of Scotland; and two grand- children.
