OBITUARIES.Byline: The Register-Guard Katherine Hale FLORENCE - The funeral will be June 17 for Katherine Millard Hale of Florence, who died June 14 at age 81. Her family chose not to list the cause of death. Hale was born Aug. 4, 1922, in Red Bluff, Calif., to William and Bena Brauner Millard. She married Stan Hale in 1942. She enjoyed working with horses at the Santa Inez Stables in California and rode horses with her family from Astoria to Klamath Falls Klamath Falls, city (1990 pop. 17,737), seat of Klamath co., SW Oreg., at the southern tip of Upper Klamath Lake; inc. 1905.
