That event, conducted by Rev. in Eugene for James "Jim" Atlee Asher of Eugene, who drowned June 27. He was 54. He was born May 22, 1953, in Roseburg, to Atlee Asher and Phyllis Jean Hayes White. He attended Lane Community College and the University of Oregon The University of Oregon is a public university located in Eugene, Oregon. The university was founded in 1876, graduating its first class two years later. The University of Oregon is one of 60 members of the Association of American Universities. . She married Perry Belmont on June 16, 1928, in Portland. He died in 1971. She married Roy Quinn on Sept. 13, 1976, in Elko, Nev. He died in 1982. She attended grade school in Montana and completed business school in Miles City, Mont. She was a "Rosie the Riveter Rosie the Riveter popular WWII song romanticizing women workers. [Am.
