It encompasses 269.4 acres, and as of the end of 2005, had 126,561 interments. in Portland for Peter Bremer of Springfield, who died Dec. 13 of age-related causes. He was 81. Bremer was born Aug. 29, 1925, in Rock Rapids, Iowa Rock Rapids is a city in Lyon County in the northwestern part of the U.S. state of Iowa, an area known for its strong Dutch heritage and conservative politics. It is the county seat of Lyon CountyGR6 and home to Central Lyon High School. , to Henry and Sybridje "Sadie" Dykatra Bremer. He served in the U.S. Navy and worked as a truck driver. McDonald was born Nov. 1, 1934, in Portland, to Charles "Joe" and Mona Luman McDonald. He married Kay "Katy" Boynton on April 22, 1995, in Washington. McDonald retired as maintenance supervisor at Good Neighbor Care in Springfield. Aanrud was born April 2, 1928, in Emmons, Minn., to Lewis and Ovedia Johnson Aanrud. He married Elaine Dahl in 1951in Minnesota. She died previously. He worked for Seneca Sawmill sawmill, installation or facility in which cut logs are sawed into standard-sized boards and timbers. The saws used in such an installation are generally of three types: the circular saw, which consists of a disk with teeth around its edge; the band saw, which in Eugene for 39 years. Survivors include a son, Richard of Eugene; a daughter, Ronna Brown of Sweet Home; three sisters, Margaret Schmitt, Karen McCrae and Nona McDonald; two brothers, Roland and Dale; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Earl Dull SPRINGFIELD - A memorial service will be held in the spring for Earl George Dull of Springfield, who died Dec. 15 of age-related causes. He was 84. Dull was born Oct. 24, 1922, in Colville, Wash., to Charles and Mary Cota Dull. He married Lucille Brockway on June 4, 1948, in Skamokawa, Wash. She died in 1992. He worked as a log bucker for the Weyerhaeuser Company and served in the U.S. Army during World War II. Survivors include four sons, Sid of Bushland, Texas, Al and George, both of Springfield and Gary of Eugene; two daughters, Mary Wilson of Wilsonville and Vicki McNeil of Eugene; 13 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
