Byline: The Register-Guard

Harvey Harvey, city (1990 pop. 29,771), Cook co., NE Ill., a suburb S of Chicago; inc. 1895. Its manufactures include steel castings, metal products, chemicals, machinery, and electronic equipment. Harvey has an oil research center. The city was founded by Turlington W.  Alley alley

SPRINGFIELD Springfield.

1 City (1990 pop. 105,227), state capital and seat of Sangamon co., central Ill., on the Sangamon River; settled 1818, inc. as a city 1840.
 - The funeral will be Tuesday, Dec. 12, for Harvey Leon Alley of Springfield, who died Dec. 7 of age-related causes. He was 82.

He was born June 14, 1924, in Millplain, Wash., to Horace and Anna Swanson Alley. He married Jimmye Ann ANN, Scotch law. Half a year's stipend over and above what is owing for the incumbency due to a minister's relict, or child, or next of kin, after his decease. Wishaw. Also, an abbreviation of annus, year; also of annates. In the old law French writers, ann or rather an, signifies a year.  Stonecypher in Springfield on Aug. 21, 1965.

Alley served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He was a machine operator for J.H. Baxter & Co. for 42 years, retiring in 1989.

Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Willoris Smith of Springfield; and four grandchildren GRANDCHILDREN, domestic relations. The children of one's children. Sometimes these may claim bequests given in a will to children, though in general they can make no such claim. 6 Co. 16.  and nine great-grandchildren.

Tuesday's funeral will be at 11 a.m. at Rest-Haven Funeral Home in Eugene. Entombment will be at Rest-Haven Memorial Park, Eugene. Remembrances to Church of Christ Norkenzie or American Cancer Association.
