Marvin Mayfield

A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. Aug. 30 at the Eagles Lodge for Marvin Mayfield of Eugene, who died Aug. 19 of age-related causes at age 80.

He was born Dec. 6, 1925, in Union, to Elzie and Dolly Usteto Mayfield. He married Geraldine Mayfield on April 25, 194,7 in Eugene.

He was the owner of General Sign Co. of Eugene.

Survivors include his wife; two sons, Scott and Rod; a daughter, Roxie; and four grandchildren GRANDCHILDREN, domestic relations. The children of one's children. Sometimes these may claim bequests given in a will to children, though in general they can make no such claim. 6 Co. 16. .

Zelma Perini

The funeral will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday Musgrove Family Mortuary in Eugene for Zelma Lorene Perini of Eugene, who died Aug. 16 of age-related causes at age 88.

She was born Nov. 16, 1917, in Anlauf, to John and Ina Gunter Perini. She started, opened and operated Willamette Stationers for many years.

Survivors include a brother, Richard Perini; four sisters, Ina Mudd, Thelma Reel, Barbara Titus and Joy Eggleston.

Visitation VISITATION. The act of examining into the affairs of a corporation.

 will be from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at Musgrove Family Mortuary. A private entombment will follow at Lane Memorial Gardens.

Marie Chenoweth

A memorial service will be held at noon Friday for Marie Chenoweth of Eugene, who died Aug. 18 of cancer at age 79.

She was born Feb. 27, 1927, in Palermo, Italy, to Sonti and Rosa Messineo Amodeo. She married James Chenoweth on Sept. 26, 1961, in Mexico. He died Feb. 24, 2005. She worked as a housekeeper HOUSEKEEPER. One who occupies a house.
     2. A person who occupies every room in the house, under a lease, except one, which is reserved for his landlord, who pays all the taxes, is not a housekeeper. 1 Chit. Rep. 502.
