He was born Dec. 6, 1925, in Union, to Elzie and Dolly Usteto Mayfield. He married Geraldine Mayfield on April 25, 194,7 in Eugene. He was the owner of General Sign Co. of Eugene. Survivors include his wife; two sons, Scott and Rod; a daughter, Roxie; and four grandchildren GRANDCHILDREN, domestic relations. The children of one's children. She was born Feb. 27, 1927, in Palermo, Italy, to Sonti and Rosa Messineo Amodeo. She married James Chenoweth on Sept. 26, 1961, in Mexico. He died Feb. 24, 2005. She worked as a housekeeper HOUSEKEEPER. One who occupies a house. 2.
