She died April 28 of respiratory failure Respiratory Failure Definition Respiratory failure is nearly any condition that affects breathing function or the lungs themselves and can result in failure of the lungs to function properly. at age 70. She was born April 28, 1936, in Sutherlin to Walter and Dorothy Beller Parazoo. Survivors include her mother; a brother, Monty Parazoo; and five sisters, Joyce Wilson Joyce Wilson is currently the city manager of El Paso, Texas. She was appointed the very first City Manager for the City of El Paso in August 2004, following a nationwide recruitment search. As city manager, Ms. , Betty Bly, Marta Clifford, Cardella Dickison and Delores Edwards. Private inurnment will be in Fairoaks Cemetery in Sutherlin. Shirley Bartlett A memorial service was held Monday, May 8, at Berean Baptist Church in Eugene for Shirley Alice Bartlett of Eugene, who died May 2 of pancreatic cancer pancreatic cancer Malignant tumour of the pancreas. Risk factors include smoking, a diet high in fat, exposure to certain industrial products, and diseases such as diabetes and chronic pancreatitis. Pancreatic cancer is more common in men. at age 79. She was born Sept. 20, 1926, in Grand Rapids Grand Rapids, city (1990 pop. 189,126), seat of Kent co., SW central Mich., on the Grand River; inc. 1850. The second largest city in the state, it is a distribution, wholesale, and industrial center for an area that yields fruit, dairy products, farm produce, , Minn., to Fern and Ray Barns. She married John Bartlett on March 26, 1959. Survivors include her husband; three sons, Bob, Mark and Dave; a daughter, Kathleen Colby; and 13 grandchildren.
