OBITUARIES.Byline: The Register-Guard Ann Stringer SPRINGFIELD - The funeral will be Nov. 17 for Ann Stringer of Springfield, who died Nov. 11 of age-related causes. She was 84. She was born Nov. 25, 1920, in Milwaukee, Wis., to Joseph and Emma Morhenn Giulii. She married Frank Stringer in Roseburg on June 22, 1946. She was born Sept. 30, 1913, in Red Wing, Minn., to Walter and Nina Hall Strickland. She married Harvey Kragness on Jan. 31, 1942, in New York City New York City: see New York, city.
