He married Aurora Heyl in Cottage Grove in 1956. Quigley worked as a grocery manager. He worked at Albertsons, McKay's, Safeway, Richie's in Corvallis and Checker Foods in Cottage Grove. He also worked at the 7-Eleven on Coburg Road. He enjoyed crossword puzzles and helping to raise his grandsons. He was an Elk and president of the Grand Prairie Elementary School PTA PTA or parent-teacher association: see parent education. while living in Albany. Survivors include two daughters, Milana Sanders of Hillsboro and Lisa Pace of Beaverton; two sons, Jeffrey of Richmond, Va., and Richard of Cottage Grove; two brothers, Bill of Belleville, Kan., and Landon of Shawnee, Kan.; four sisters, Eunice Wamsley and Jean Campbell, both of Falls City, Marvel Karst Karst (kärst), Ital. Carso, Slovenian Kras, limestone plateau, W Slovenia, N of Istria and extending c.50 mi (80 km) SE from the lower Isonzo (Soča) valley between the Bay of Trieste and the Julian Alps. of Montebello, Calif., and Avalene Jordan of Bend; and 13 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. A daughter, Denise Novak, died previously. He helped raise four grandsons since 1992. A private family service was held. Chapel of Memories Funeral Home in Eugene is in charge of arrangements.
