OBITUARIES.Byline: The Register-Guard Florence Hartsock SPRINGFIELD - Florence I. Hartsock of Springfield died Jan. 31 of age-related causes. She was 94. Hartsock was born June 10, 1910, in Forest Lake, Minn. She married Darwin Hartsock on July 10, 1942, in Portland. He died March 2, 1977. She had lived in Springfield since 1959 and worked in sales at a Pay-Less Drugstore. She enjoyed playing bingo and pinochle pinochle (pē`nŭ'kəl), card game, probably derived from bezique, that was developed in the United States in the 19th cent. Pinochle is played by two, three, or four players, with a deck of 48 cards containing two each of the aces, face , and spending time "Spending Time" is the first single released by Christian artist Stellar Kart. Karl Keesaman A celebration of life will be held Feb. 6 for Karl Christian "K.C." Keesaman of Eugene, who died Jan. 21. The family chose not to list the cause of death. He was 41. Keesaman was born Sept. 12, 1963, in Yreka, Calif., to Clifford and Margaret Auguston Keesa- man. He worked as a produce manager. He enjoyed gardening, cooking, fishing for steelhead and salmon, hunting, water sports water sports Urophilia, see there and being outdoors. He also enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and working on classic cars. Survivors include a daughter, Angela Keesaman of Eugene; a son, Daniel, also of Eugene; and his fiancee, Lisa Trautman. Ruth Christian A celebration of life gathering will be held Feb. 6 for Ruth Christian of Eugene, who died Jan. 27 of age-related causes. She was 79. She was born Oct. 20, 1925, in Marenisco, Mich., to John and Madeline Howatt Wuolle. She was married to Raymond Christian. He died 25 years ago. She worked as an accountant for homebuilders. Barbara Larsen SPRINGFIELD - A memorial service will be held Feb. 4 for Barbara Jean Larsen of Springfield, who died Jan. 10 of heart failure. She was 71. She was born Feb. 7, 1933, in Hood River The Hood River is a tributary of the Columbia River in northwestern Oregon in the United States. Approximately 25 mi (40 km) long from its mouth to its farthest headwaters on the East Fork, the river descends from wilderness areas in the Cascade Range on Mount Hood and flows , to Francis Clyde and Jessie McCleoud Simpson. She married Erwin Larsen on Nov. 9, 1955, in Springfield. He died May 31, 2002. She was a 1951 graduate of The Dalles dalles pl.n.
