She was a music journalist and ran a record label in San Francisco San Francisco (săn frănsĭs`kō), city (1990 pop. 723,959), coextensive with San Francisco co., W Calif., on the tip of a peninsula between the Pacific Ocean and San Francisco Bay, which are connected by the strait known as the Golden in the early 1990s. He served as a U.S. Marine Corps reserve for four years. He worked for 22 years as an instrument technician at Weyerhaeuser. Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Tara Blair of Springfield; a son, Jon of Sisters; his mother, now of Springfield; a sister, Carol Headlee of Springfield; and one grandchild. He married Evelyn Adams on June 1, 1961, in Washington. Strenke served in the Navy in 1958. He had worked as a gardener. Elinor Warren FLORENCE - Elinor Elizabeth Warren of Florence died Oct. 1 of age-related causes. She was 80. A private family celebration was held. She was born July 5, 1927, in Eugene to Ross and Nettie Paden. She married Calvin Warren on Feb. 22, 1947, in Eugene. He died previously. She worked in the retail industry. Survivors include two daughters, Diane Archer of Florence and Lynette Dotson of Eugene; seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
