Lottie Oldham

No service is planned for Lottie Oldham, 87, of Eugene, who died Sept. 2 of congestive heart failure congestive heart failure, inability of the heart to expel sufficient blood to keep pace with the metabolic demands of the body. In the healthy individual the heart can tolerate large increases of workload for a considerable length of time. .

She was born June 9, 1920, in Brownwood, Texas Brownwood aka "The Wood" is a city in the heart of Texas, United States and serves as the county seat of Brown CountyGR6. As of the 2000 U.S. Census estimate, the city had a total population of 18,813. , to Jacob and Mable Young Tyson. She worked as a bookkeeper in a family business and was also a wife and mother.

She graduated from Kerrville High School in Texas.

She married Clyde E. Oldham on Nov. 1, 1939, in Hereford, Texas Hereford is a city in Deaf Smith County, Texas, United States. The population was 14,597 at the 2000 census. It is the county seat of Deaf Smith CountyGR6. . He died in 2005.

Survivors include a son, Gary Oldham of Eugene; a daughter, Lynn O'Keefe of Eugene; three sisters, Carol Locust locust, in botany

Helen Wetzell

SPRINGFIELD - The funeral will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 5, for Helen Marie Wetzell, 85, of Springfield, who died Sept. 2 of age-related causes.

Wetzell was born April 20, 1922, in Waldport to Willard and Anna Stewart Randall. Wetzell graduated from high school and was a homemaker.

She married Elmer Wetzell on Feb. 13, 1942, in Vancouver, Wash. He died in 1992.

Survivors include four sons, Roger of Jasper, Robert and David of Milwaukie, and Darryl of LaQuinta, Calif.; three daughters, Debbie Wetzell of Molalla, Bonnie Orem of Prineville, and Connie Lara of Las Cruces Las Cruces (läs kr`sĭs), city (1990 pop. 62,126), seat of Dona Ana co., SW N.Mex., on the Rio Grande, in a farm area irrigated by the Elephant Butte system; founded 1848, inc. 1907. , N.M.; 17 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

A son, Doug, died previously.

Wednesday's funeral will be at Buell Funeral Chapel in Springfield. Burial will be at Upper Mabel Cemetery in Marcola. Arrangements by Andreason's Cremation cremation, disposal of a corpse by fire. William "Norman" Welch Sr.

VENETA - A memorial service will be Friday, Sept. 14, for William "Norman" Welch Sr., of Veneta, who died Sept. 1 of age related causes at age 78.

Welch was born March 4, 1929, in Astoria to William and Irene Smethurst Welch.

Welch was a high school principal and educator for 33 years. He also worked as a health insurance agent. He served in the National Guard.

He received a master's degree in education from Linfield College.

He married Carol Fahlstrom on March 10, 1956, in Astoria.

He is survived by his wife; two sons, William of Veneta and David of Otis; a daughter, Teresa Welch of Eugene; two sisters, Nancy Welch of Spokane, Wash., and Jeanette Welch of Seaside; and seven grandchildren. A daughter, Jennifer, died previously.

The Sept. 14 memorial service will be at 1 p.m. at Musgrove Family Center. Burial will be at 2 p.m. Friday, Sept. 7, in Greenwood Cemetery in Astoria.

Teddy "Ted" Bradt

Visitation is today from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. for Teddy "Ted" Bradt, of Eugene, who died Aug. 31, of pulmonary complications at age 64.

Bradt was born March 30, 1943, in San Diego, Calif., to Kenneth and Ruth Rhodes Bradt.

He owned and operated Aaron Ambulance in National City, Calif., for many years and more recently worked as a licensed funeral director with Andreason's Buell Funeral Chapel.

He served in the U.S. Marine Corps.

He married Dorothy on Dec. 28, 1968, in San Diego, Calif.

Survivors include his wife; three daughters, Cammy Valdivia and Sherry Cunningham, both of Eugene, and Connie Dyer, of Murietta, Calif.; a son, Terry of National City; a brother, Kenneth of El Cajon, Calif.; a sister Judy Bradt, of Mohave Valley, Ariz.; and nine grandchildren. A grandson, Zachery, died previously.

Today's visitation will be at Buell's Funeral Chapel in Springfield. Entombment will be at Greenwood Memorial Park Greenwood Memorial Park is a cemetery in Renton, Washington. It is notable for being the resting place of Jimi Hendrix.

The cemetery is located at 350 Monroe Avenue Northeast, in Renton, Washington.
