OBITUARIES.Byline: The Register-Guard Vera Lund The funeral will be held Aug. 1 for Vera C. Lund of Eugene, who died July 28 of age-related causes. She was 91. Lund was born Sept. 3, 1913, in Napier, Neb., to Henry and Etta Andersen Smith. She married Arthur Lund on Nov. 30, 1935, in Eugene. He died Dec. 22, 1999. She had lived in Eugene for 28 years.
