OBITUARIES CHUCK WISEMAN, 47, VIEWING, SERVICE SET.

CASTAIC - A memorial service will be held Saturday for Chuck Wiseman, one of four men killed in a high-speed boating accident Jan. 11 on Castaic Lake Castaic Lake is a lake on Castaic Creek formed by Castaic Dam, in northwestern Los Angeles County, California, near the town of Castaic. The 323,700 acre foot lake (399,000,000 m³) is the terminus of the West Branch of the California Aqueduct, though some comes from the 154 mi² .

The popular businessman and father of two was riding in a prototype speedboat Jan. 11 when the vessel flipped and sank. The 47-year-old's body was recovered from the lake bottom Friday.

The public is invited to attend a viewing from 4 to 8 p.m. on Thursday at Eternal Valley Memorial Park and Mortuary, 23287 N. A public memorial service will begin at 3 p.m. Saturday at the Sloan Canyon Free Will Baptist Church Free Will Baptist Church (or Free Will Baptists) is a group of churches that share a common history, name, and an acceptance of the Arminian theology of free grace, free salvation, and free will, based on the idea of general atonement. , 28355 Sloan Canyon Road, Castaic.

Wiseman owned Creative Concrete and Mr. Pump Concrete Pumping Service, both in Castaic, and was a boat owner and enthusiast.

Wiseman is survived by his wife, Cindy, son Charlie, 17, and daughter Cheyenne, 10.
