O-JAY ANNOUNCES SHIPMENTS TO EASTERN EUROPE, NAME CHANGE

 MINNEAPOLIS, March 15 /PRNewswire/ -- O-Jay, Inc., through its contracts with Morgan Enterprises, San Jose, Calif. and U.S. Shipping Resources, San Francisco, has started the complex project of shipping goods into various regions of eastern Europe, including the Ukraine and ultimately into Russia. The goods being shipped are: juices, food, clothing, shoes, paper products, computers, printers, copiers and fax machines. Although the trade is configured as if sold for rubles, the actual exchange is in U.S. dollars which are first exchanged in the United States prior to delivery of the goods.
 Also, O-Jay, Inc. will change its name to Omni International Trading, Inc. following a special shareholders meeting, March 31, at the Omni Northstar Hotel in Minneapolis.
