SUNNYVALE, Calif. -- Spirent Communications (NYSE:SPM) (LSE:SPT) announced today that O2 Germany, a leading provider of mobile services, has chosen SwissQual's new high-end Diversity platform to meet their GSM/UMTS & HSDPA wireless benchmarking needs. The contract marks a significant step in Spirent's growth in the wireless market and signals O2 Germany's commitment to providing best-in-class customer experience throughout all four of its service regions. The Diversity contract enables O2 to standardize on SwissQual equipment as part of a harmonization project to streamline the number of different vendors for this type of equipment
