The Company's sales revenues were $398,295 for the first nine months of 2001, compared to $123,584 for the same period in 2000, an increase of 222%. The net loss for the first nine months of 2001 was $2,053,707, or $0.09 per share, versus a net loss of $3,014,470, or $0.15 per share, in the same period one year ago, a decrease of 40%. The weighted average number of common shares outstanding for the third quarter of 2001 were 21,744,831, compared to 20,732,514 for the comparable period in 2000.
