Available immediately to IP telephony service providers and network operators, the Nuvoiz SoftPhone has been designed to work with any existing deployment of Jabber XCP, which Jabber, Inc. points out may appeal to existing telecom, service provider, or enterprise customers. Alternatively, a packaged solution that includes Jabber XCP's IM, persistent group chat, and extended presence capabilities is available directly from Nuvoiz.

"After evaluating several competing platforms, we selected Jabber XCP because of its proven scalability, reliability, availability of mature software development kits, and our experience with the company's customer support team," said Chong-Jin Koh, chief executive officer of Nuvoiz.
