Corp., Charlotte, N.C., has announced that Joseph Rutkowski has taken over the new position of executive vice president of Business Development International. Rutkowski will no longer oversee operations at the company's two plate mills or the structural mill joint venture Nucor-Yamato Steel. These divisions will fall under the supervision of Nucor's Executive Vice President John Ferriola.
