Nuance Appoints Glenn Cross Senior Vice President of Sales and Professional Services; Company Reaffirms Second Quarter 2004 Revenue Guidance.

, Calif. -- Nuance (Nasdaq:NUAN NUAN New User Action Notation (modeling language) ), the voice automation expert, announced today that it is naming 25-year technology industry veteran Glenn Cross to the position of senior vice president of sales and professional services (job) professional services - A department of a supplier providing consultancy and programming manpower for the supplier's products. .

(NASDAQ: JAVA[3]) is an American vendor of computers, computer components, computer software, and information-technology services, founded on 24 February 1982. , where he headed sales, business development, field marketing, training and operations for iPlanet, and was vice president of sales for the company's Javasoft division. While at iPlanet, he was responsible for nearly a half-billion-dollars of worldwide direct and partner sales.
