Nu Horizons Electronics Corp. and JAI Inc. Sign North American Channel Distribution Agreement.

MELVILLE, N.Y. & SAN JOSE, Calif. -- Nu Horizons Electronics Corp. (NASDAQ:NUHC), a leading global distributor of advanced technology semiconductor, display and system solutions; and JAI Inc., a leading manufacturer of high-performance industrial cameras; today announced a channel partnership agreement to distribute JAI's complete line of industrial camera products throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

Under the terms of this agreement, Nu Horizons will leverage its network of 29 North American sales offices to provide sales and support for the JAI and PULNiX camera brands to customers in the machine vision, medical, and scientific communities.
