Nsite Partners with WebEx to Bring Business Process Automation to Online Meetings; WebEx MediaTone Platform Enables Integration between Leading On-Demand Service Providers.

PLEASANTON, Calif. -- Nsite, the leading on-demand business process automation company, today announced a partnership with WebEx Communications, Inc. (Nasdaq:WEBX), the leading provider of on-demand web meeting applications. Customers of both companies will soon be able to access Nsite solutions while in WebEx meetings, and conversely launch WebEx meetings from within Nsite solutions. This integration leverages the new WebEx MediaTone platform APIs, and allows users to capture, track and improve approval and review processes, and task assignments across the enterprise.

According to industry analysts, companies are interested in using on-demand services to acquire a cohesive package of applications that meets a range of line-of-business needs. Nsite and WebEx are answering this call by allowing customers of both companies to seamlessly access both applications depending on their immediate needs. Integration of the world's most popular online meeting service from WebEx with that of Nsite, the only business process automation service with Predictive Routing Engine technology, creates yet another significant link between leading on-demand services vendors.

The integration will allow users to schedule WebEx meetings directly from the Nsite service. For example, in a sales situation involving an approval request for a non-standard quote, a sales rep can configure a routing such that, once the quote has been reviewed by the sales managers, the team as a whole meets to discuss the opportunity. Details of the web meeting -- such as time, dial-in information, and agenda -- are scheduled in advance utilizing the Nsite-integrated WebEx service. The process of switching from Nsite to WebEx is transparent to the user -- as far as the sales rep is concerned, the applications are seamless.

The integration will also allow WebEx users to populate an action-item list during an online meeting so that attendees can keep track of activities to be performed at the conclusion of the event. The action-item list is actually an Nsite SmartForm, or a content-container that collects information pertinent to a particular business process. When ready, the meeting host initiates a routing of the action-item list to preferred recipients, and the status of activities on the list can be tracked across the enterprise using Nsite.

Nsite v4.0 addresses business processes related to sales operations, purchasing and finance, and field and customer services. Nsite's patent-pending Nsite Predictive Routing Engine, a unique and proprietary technology, forgoes the traditional "rules and roles" approach to business process automation in favor of a system that analyzes previous iterations of a process to predict the path for the same, subsequent operation.
