Nozzle line grows to handle tougher jobs.The Value Shot Z202 series of hot-runner nozzles from Hasco America Inc., Arden, N.C., has been extended with new sizes, tip geometry, heaters, and accessories. The upgrades allow the nozzles to be used with tighter pitches and deep gate locations. New tip geometry and machining tolerances provide gate diameters as small as 0.6 mm. There are nine additional nozzle lengths from 50 to 250 mm and three new diameters of 25, 32, and 45 mm.
