It was composed of the county boroughs of Hartlepool and Teeside and parts of the former counties of Durham and , OH, announced that its wholly owned subsidiaries Wholly Owned Subsidiary A subsidiary whose parent company owns 100% of its common stock. Notes: In other words, the parent company owns the company outright and there are no minority owners. , Noveon and Noveon Canada, have changed their names to Lubrizol Advanced Materials Advanced Materials is a leading peer-reviewed materials science journal published every two weeks. Advanced Materials includes Communications, Reviews, and Feature Articles from the cutting edge of materials science, including topics in chemistry, physics, and Lubrizol Advanced Materials Canada, respectively. Subsidiaries of Lubrizol in Europe and Asia will similarly change their names this month. Both of these actions are part of Lubrizors ongoing one-company initiative to create a common identity for Lubrizol and its subsidiaries. |
