Mr. Hall has been a member of the Board of Directors for Nova Scotia Power Inc. since 1992 and has been an active member of several Board committees.

Mr. Hall makes his home in Halifax and on the Bras d'Or Lakes in Cape Breton The term Cape Breton appears in several different things: Geographic locations

. Mr. Hall has been retired as President of Stora since 1994.

The Board of Directors has recommenced the search for a President for the Company following the retirement of former President, Louis Comeau, on April 3, 1996. Mr. Gerry Godsoe, who was to replace Mr. Comeau, died unexpectedly on April 11, 1996 as a result of a short term illness. The search process is expected to last a few months.
