The Rice University football team is having mixed results this season, but head coach Ken Hatfield Ken Hatfield is an American football head coach. His last position was at Rice University, where he compiled a 55-78-1 record before resigning on November 30, 2005, following a 1-10 season.  seems to think he has a winning philosophy when it comes to gay athletes.

Asked what he would do if he learned that one of his players was gay, Hatfield told The Chronicle of Higher Education higher education
