 BB:NTRDF, VSE:NRT (the "Company") announced today the completion of all treatments for the phase II clinical trials of its local anaesthetic product, RSD921. A total of 110 patients and volunteers have now received doses ranging from 0.05 percent - 0.25 percent of RSD921. This trial was conducted with the Company's development partner, the Chemical Company of Malaysia Berhad ("CCM"), at the University Hospital, University of Malaya The University of Malaya (or Universiti Malaya in Malay; commonly abbreviated as UM) is the oldest university in Malaysia, and is situated on a 750 acre (3.0 km²) campus in southwest Kuala Lumpur, the capital city. .

The final reports on the trial results are expected by mid October. The data will provide a foundation for further licensing discussions on RSD921 with pharmaceutical companies in other areas of the world, and will be the basis for phase III clinical trials.
