Northrop Grumman has supplied the glass cockpits for the US Marine
Corps' first production AH-1Z and UH-1Y helicopters. The
company's Integrated Avionics System (IAS) provides an
interoperable glass cockpit and integrated avionics system coupled by
two of the company's mission computers. Northrop is to supply the
(IAS) systems for 180 AH-1Z and 100 UH-1Y birds.
