Northrop Grumman will provide 300 of its Lightweight Laser Designator Rangefinder (LLDR) systems to the US Army under a $ 91 million contract award. The LLDR provides forward observers with all-weather targeting capabilities for directing laser-guided, GPS-guided and conventional munitions. Deliveries will be completed by 2009.
