Northridge Fashion Center Northridge Fashion Center is a large shopping mall located in Northridge, California. It opened in 1971. It was severely damaged during the Northridge Earthquake in 1994, but renovated extensively in 1995 and 1998.  has added two executives to its management ranks. The company was founded by two brothers, Martin and Matthew Bucksbaum, in 1954.
 Inc., named Richard C. Forster general manager of the mall. Forster was formerly with Sims-Group Management Inc. in Stockton, where he held the position of operations vice president. He has also served as general manager for The Hahn Co. in San Diego. Forster replaces Daryl Rheingans. Northridge Fashion Center also named Linda Smith Frost senior marketing manager. Frost previously held positions with Century City Shopping Center and Marketplace in Los Angeles and South Coast Plaza South Coast Plaza is an upscale shopping mall in Costa Mesa, California, USA, in Orange County, and one of the most notable shopping centers in the United States. In 2004, Women's Wear Daily  in Costa Mesa. She replaces Joey Char, who was promoted to assistant general manager of the center.
