three executives. David P. Morency, Chief Accounting Officer, will
assume the new title of Chief Financial Officer; Mark P. Consoli, Vice
President, Corporate Finance, is now Senior Vice President Corporate
Finance; and Peter M. Standish, Jr., Vice President,
Acquisitions/Development, has been promoted to Senior Vice President,
Acquisitions/Development. These three executives have a total of 45
years of industry experience.
