Mr. MacGregor was selected by TransCanada PipeLines Limited (TransCanada) as a result of its recent acquisition of Northwest Border Pipeline Company, the subsidiary of The Williams Companies that holds 0.35 percent of the combined two percent general partner interest in Northern Border Partners.
