Northern Arizona University to host competition.The Second Well-Prepared Pianist Festival will take place at Northern Arizona University Northern Arizona University (NAU) is a public university in Flagstaff, Arizona in the United States. The festival will feature the Second International PianoTeams Competition, featuring piano quintets A piano quintet is a chamber musical ensemble made up of one piano and four other instruments, or the name of a piece written for such a group. The most common grouping is one piano, two violins, a viola, and a cello—that is, a piano with a string quartet. . The PianoTeams competition has a junior division for those born no earlier than 1994 and a senior division for those born no earlier than 1988. Registration deadline is May 15, 2006.
