) is pleased to announce the appointment of Conrad Keith Sterrett as its Chief Financial Officer. In this capacity, Sterrett will oversee and manage the accounting, investment, foreign exchange and financial functions of the Bank, which provides loans, grants, and technical assistance for environmental infrastructure projects in the U.S.-Mexico border region.

Sterrett raised over $12 billion through the sale of tax-exempt and taxable notes and bonds in over 240 separate offerings.

Sterrett was among the first to use many innovations which became standard in the public finance industry, including convertible option bonds (COB's), self-insured pool insurance bonds, and total-return swap transactions.

Mr. Sterrett obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Rice University and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School Harvard Business School, officially named the Harvard Business School: George F. Baker Foundation, and also known as HBS, is one of the graduate schools of Harvard University. .
