Normiska Corporation Announces Changes in Management.


GUELPH, Ontario -- Normiska Corporation announces today the resignation of Mr. David Graham as President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Graham, one of the founders of Normiska Corporation, will be devoting time to his natural resource management company. Mr. Graham will remain a Director and continue to contribute to the direction of the corporation.

The Board of Directors has appointed Peter J. Goodwin, currently a director of the Corporation, as President and Chief Executive Officer of Normiska.

The Board is pleased that Mr. Goodwin has agreed to assume this role. He brings 25 years of experience in the mineral business to this assignment, most recently as President of the Industrial Minerals Group of Zemex Corporation, a world leader in the production of feldspar, mica and clays.

Mr. Goodwin will undertake to direct the implementation of the newly evolved plan to expand the Corporation through both organic internal growth and the acquisitions anticipated in the near future.
