Norlight's Guardians of Data Offer Bonuses for Help in Recruiting New Hires.


MILWAUKEE -- Norlight Telecommunications has adopted an unconventional approach to help recruit hard-to-find candidates for their growing number of technical jobs. The Wisconsin-based provider of customized integrated voice and data solutions for businesses has created an external referral bonus program to reward anyone who assists Norlight in its quest for Verb 1. quest for - go in search of or hunt for; "pursue a hobby"

 "new-hires" to fill vacancies.

A feature of Norlight's careers portion of their Website (www.norlight.com/careers), the site encourages others to refer qualified individuals to apply for positions at Norlight, and offers a $500 referral bonus for doing so. If the candidate is hired, referral bonuses will be paid once the employee has completed 90 days on the job.
