Nontraditional Employment for Women.


Nontraditional Employment for Women (NEW) announced that its board of directors has appointed Amy Peterson as acting president of the organization. She succeeds Anne Rascon, who is stepping down from the presidency after 2 years in the post.

Peterson is a former program administrator for the Lower Manhattan Lower Manhattan is the southernmost part of the island of Manhattan, the main island and center of business and government of the City of New York. Lower Manhattan is generally defined as the area delineated on the north by Chambers Street, on the west by the Hudson River (North  Development Corporation.
