Nontraditional Employment for Women (NEW).


Nontraditional Employment for Women (NEW) announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Amy Peterson as acting president of the organization.

Peterson is a former program administrator for the Lower Manhattan Development Corporation. Prior to this position, she served as a director of the Commissioner's Office of the New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of
 City-Human Resources Administration, where along with other disaster relief organizations, she established and managed the City's Disaster Assistance Services Center. She also established the Twin Towers Job L[begin strikethrough]l[end strikethrough]ink efforts, organizing and running three Twin Towers Job Expos in one month.

She has previously served as lead city project manager on the Pennsylvania Station Redevelopment Corporation, deputy commissioner of the New York City New York City: see New York, city.
