Exceptional Children's Foundation, a California charity serving children and adults with developmental, disabilities, has appointed Carl R. Terzian to its Board of Governors. Terzian is chairman of Carl Terzian Associates, a public relations public relations, activities and policies used to create public interest in a person, idea, product, institution, or business establishment. By its nature, public relations is devoted to serving particular interests by presenting them to the public in the most  firm based in Los Angeles Los Angeles (lôs ăn`jələs, lŏs, ăn`jəlēz'), city (1990 pop. 3,485,398), seat of Los Angeles co., S Calif.; inc. 1850. .

Dr. Sandra Sternig-Babcock, formerly the executive director for the Dubnoff Center in North Hollywood has been named president and chief executive officer for the board of directors. John H. Ringgenberg, the center's previous board president, will now serve as chairman of the board. The Dubnoff Center is a non-profit special education school, day treatment center and residential facility for children and adolescents with emotional disturbances and learning disabilities.
