JVS is a non-profit organization that, since 1931, has provided a range of career and human resource services to individuals and businesses throughout greater Los Angeles. Moses most recently served as the Southern California Regional Director for the New Israel Fund. Under his leadership, the organization expanded their revenues by 173%.

JVS has worked successfully with local and national companies including Wells Fargo, the Los Angeles City Fire Department, Macy's, UCLA, Lightning Dubbs, Cedars Sinai Medical Center, AT&T, Ticketmaster, The GAP and Old Navy retail outlets and Union Bank.
