Nominations called for NZNO president and Te Runanga chair.This year is an election year in NZNO NZNO New Zealand Nurses Organisation and nominations are being called for the positions of president, Te Runanga chair and vice chair, the nursing and midwifery midwifery (mĭd`wī'fərē), art of assisting at childbirth. The term midwife for centuries referred to a woman who was an overseer during the process of delivery. In ancient Greece and Rome, these women had some formal training. advisory committee (NMAC NMAC National Minority AIDS Council NMAC New Mexico Administrative Code NMAC New Mexico Association of Counties NMAC Near Mid-Air Collision NMAC Nissan Motors Acceptance Corporation NMAC Nuclear Maintenance Application Center ) and the two national college/section representatives on the board of directors. Nominations for the president and NMAC can come from any NZNO region, section or college, Te Runanga or the National Student Unit. Nominations for the Te Runanga positions can only come Te Runanga and voting takes place at the annual hui in August. Nominations for the Te Runanga positions close on April 27. Only national sections and colleges can nominate nom·i·nate tr.v. nom·i·nat·ed, nom·i·nat·ing, nom·i·nates 1. To propose by name as a candidate, especially for election. 2. To designate or appoint to an office, responsibility, or honor. candidates for the board section/college representatives.
