Noel Irwin Hentschel is an entrepreneur committed to a life of service. She is the Chairman, CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  and co-Founder of AmericanTours International (ATI (ATI Technologies Inc., Markham Ontario, http://ati.amd.com) A leading manufacturer of graphics chips and display adapters. Founded in 1985 by K. Y. Ho, Benny Lau and Lee Lau, ATI chips and boards are widely used by OEMs. ), annually serving nearly one million visitors from more than 70 countries. ATI is the second largest woman owned business in Los Angeles County and the largest inbound tour operator in the nation.

Hentschel works with business and government to also respond to humanitarian needs. In 1988, Noel began working with Mother Teresa and her Missionaries of Charity Missionaries Of Charity
Missionaries of Charity is a Roman Catholic religious order established in 1950, which consists of over 4,500 nuns and is active in 133 countries. Members of the order designate their affiliation using the order's initials, "MC.
 in Calcutta. She was inspired by Mother Teresa to establish The Noel Foundation to serve those less fortunate. Today, The Noel Foundation serves the Missionaries of Charity and helps them build missions in California and Mexico which feed, clothe and care for the homeless, terminally ill Terminally Ill
