Digital Insight Corp. now offers wireless remote access to Digital Insight's AXIS Internet banking and cash management services using Air2Web Inc.'s wireless application service. In addition to making access possible via participating cellular carriers, access will also be available through devices equipped for Wireless Application Protocol (WAP).

The service will be available to English-speaking and Spanish-speaking customers.

Using the new system, which completed beta testing earlier this year, Digital Insight's 1.35 million end users can view live account information even when a personal computer connection is unavailable.

Digital Insight says the service is available for its entire 1,155-member client base. As of mid-January, 23 clients had signed up for the wireless channel service.

Remote access was developed through a partnership with Air2Web Inc., an Atlanta-based wireless-services provider.
