Guido van Rossum and Bruce Eckel to Give Lively

Foretec Seminars of Reston, VA has announced that Guido van Rossum, a global leader in the Python community, and Bruce Eckel, a well-known book author for the object-oriented community, will deliver keynote speeches at The Ninth International Python Conference (Python 9). Guido van Rossum, who is the inventor of Python and the director of PythonLabs at Digital Creations, will give a "State of the Python Union" keynote address.

"Why I Love Python" will be discussed in a keynote presentation by Bruce Eckel, the president of MindView, Inc., and author of Thinking in Java, Hands-On Java Seminar CD ROM, Thinking in C++ and C++ Inside & Out. Mr. Eckel is also beginning work on a book about Python.
