Company Surpasses $15 Million in Annual Revenues; Sales for Nimsoft's Proactive Service Level Monitoring Solution Climbed 110 Percent in Q4 2006

REDWOOD SHORES, Calif. -- Nimsoft Inc., an emerging leader in service level management (SLM See service level management system and spatial light modulator. ) solutions, today announced that the company experienced dramatic sales growth of 110 percent in Q4 2006 when compared to Q4 2005. Total orders for the financial year 2006 exceeded $15 million and, overall, the company added more than 120 new customers for the year. The addition of existing maintenance renewals contributed to a year-end revenue backlog of more than $7 million, an increase of 130 percent year over year.

In 2006, the company began building out its infrastructure to prepare for high growth.
