Nimsoft Appoints Mark Harris as CFO.

Financial Executive Recruited to Help Propel Rapid Corporate Expansion

SAN MATEO, Calif. -- Nimsoft Inc., the leading provider of Service Level Management (SLM) solutions, today announced that Mark Harris has been appointed the company's Chief Financial Officer. Bringing more than 20 years of experience, much of it spent in executing successful capital-raising efforts to propel corporate expansion, Harris will provide pivotal leadership for Nimsoft's continued growth.

Before joining Nimsoft, Harris was CFO of Miami-based DSLi, a VoIP company, where he was responsible for the funding and financial management of operations that provided a seven-fold growth in revenues. Previously, as CFO of Riversoft Plc, a company providing network management software solutions, Harris led one of the fastest Initial Public Offerings in the history of the London Stock Exchange, raising $160m. During his time at Riversoft, the 20-person company grew to over 300 employees, raised four rounds of venture capital funding and secured financing led by industry partners Cisco, Intel and Hewlett-Packard. In addition to contributing to the development of the corporate strategy at Riversoft, Mr. Harris' responsibilities included building a financial function capable of complying with the reporting and internal control requirements of UK publicly listed companies under the Combined Code and the Turnbull Report. These Corporate Governance concepts for UK businesses preceded the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.

Prior to joining Riversoft Harris held a number of financial management positions at Credit Suisse First Boston and Salomon Smith Barney. His responsibilities included financial reporting, systems management and external liaison with the SFA (the UK equivalent of the SEC).

Harris was top of his graduating class and has a First Class Honors Degree in Mathematics. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in London, where he spent six years with Deloitte & Touche providing audit, corporate and accounting services to a varied portfolio of private and public companies.
