:NMC) names Dr. Michael Wellikoff as Chairman and Interim CEO. Dr. Wellikoff is replacing Ilia Lekach in his new capacity. Dr. Wellikoff brings to the Company extensive experience in cosmetic enhancement which will bring significant value to Nimbus Group's new focus on wholesale fragrance distribution, consisting of both proprietary brands and brands under license, as well as diversified skincare products. "I look forward to working closely with Carlos de Miguel, Nimbus Group's Chief Financial Officer, in executing the Company's new business plan, as well as creating value for our shareholders in this exciting new industry," states Wellikoff. Prior to joining Nimbus Group, Dr. Wellikoff was engaged in private dental practice for 32 years with an emphasis on cosmetic restorative dentistry. Prior to his private practice, Dr. Wellikoff was a Captain in the United States Air Force United States Air Force (USAF)
