Night rides: The Museum of Neon Art The Museum of Neon Art (MONA) is a small museum in Los Angeles, California devoted to art built using neon lighting. This includes preservation of old neon signs as well as display of original fine art.  and other examples of contemporary neon art. Tours will take place one Saturday each month through September. The initial tour is slated for Jan. 22, and will travel through Chinatown, MacArthur Park, Melrose Avenue Melrose Avenue is a well-known Los Angeles street that starts from Santa Monica Boulevard at the border between Beverly Hills and West Hollywood and ends at Hoover Street in Silver Lake. Melrose runs north of Beverly Boulevard and south of Santa Monica Boulevard.  and Hollywood.
