This license permits Cyber Digital to (i) sell its wireless and landline digital voice and Internet switching systems to local operators, (ii) provide private network links between its exchanges, (iii) provide community telecommunications with its central office (CDCO CDCO Curriculum Design, Content and Organization
CDCO Classified Document Control Office
) exchanges, (iv) provide value-added network services using its Internet access and Cyber Virtual Private Network (CVPN) products, and (v) provide international gateway services through its tandem (CTSX CTSX Central Track Stores Index (Naval Combat Systems) ) exchanges.

This long awaited license enables Cyber Digital to move forward with its $35 million proposal to build digital wireless telephone networks, recently approved by the five Nigerian states.
